I am a new Resident to the neighborhood. What should I do first?
Welcome! First start by filling out an application by going to New Resident Application. Fill out the required information and we will be in touch shortly with next steps once your information has been verified.
Residents: How do I login to my account?
Click on the button Manage Account. Your login is either your email address or your address without spaces. You have the ability to retrieve your login and password on this screen.
Residents: What information is required on my account?
Each Resident’s account requires:
- Account: Emergency Contact Information
- Resident’s Members that are Adult or Child: First and Last Name, DOB, Gender and Photo. Photos can be taken at the Front Desk and added to Member Splash.
- Resident’s Members that are Houseguests: Required to have a First and Last Name and Gender (Male, Female, Other/Prefer Not to Say).
Each Resident can add up to 10 members (this includes owners) on their account as Adult, Child or Houseguest.
Residents: How do I add a Member to my account?
To add a member to your account, follow these steps:
- Login to your account
- Complete all requirements, such as changing your password or adding emergency contact information.
- Navigate to Members and select the three dots, select Add Member:


- For primary household residents, select Adult or Child as the Member Type. Pictures are required. If you need help, the Front Desk can help you add your picture to Member Splash.
- For non-residents that are guests, select Houseguest as the Member Type.
- All guests must be listed by first and last name.
Residents: What is the Guest Pass policy?
Each Resident can add 10 members onto their account (the 10 members does include the homeowners), First and Last Names are required. Members can be categorized as Adult, Child or Houseguest. Please utilize Houseguest for any non-residents. Houseguests have the ability to use the amenities an unlimited number of times and can Check In with first and last name without primary residents present.
Residents: Why does my account indicate Guest Pass Credits: 0?
Guest Pass Credits are one time use passes. The Village at Bear Trap Dunes allows each Resident to add up to 10 members to their account as Adult, Child, or Houseguest. Houseguests can be entered as generic names to transfer the pass to other guests. Houseguests can enjoy the amenities an unlimited number of times and their pass does not expire.
Residents: What’s the difference between Guest Pass Credits and Houseguests?
Guest Pass Credits refer to one time use passes. Don’t be alarmed if your account shows 0 Guest Credits.
Houseguests are a member of an account that can utilize the amenities multiple times without their pass expiring. To add a Houseguest to your account, please follow these steps:
- Login to your account
- Complete any account requirements like updating your password, etc.
- Within Members, select the three dots and select Add Member:


- Enter the First and Last Name. Alternatively, if these Houseguest passes will rotate, enter something similar to First Name = Guest, Last Name= Last name on the account
- Member Type = Houseguest
- Gender
- Photo is NOT required
- SAVE
Residents: What do I need to check into the pool?
With Member Splash, you do not need any physical or digital passes to enter. At the Check In desk, provide your last name.
Residents: How do I request a Shuttle Bus Pass for the summer?
To request a digital Shuttle Bus Pass, please follow these steps:
1. Login to your account
2. Next to the primary account holder (indicated by a lock), select the blue page icon.

3. Complete the form and check your email for a confirmation email which contains a unique image that must be presented to the driver to board.
4. This image can be saved to your phone for easy access.
Lost your image or pass? No problem! This form will appear next to the primary account holder for the duration of the summer and can be filled out more than once.
Renters: Can I purchase Amenity Passes for pool access and Shuttle Bus service?
Yes, you can purchase amenity passes via Renters: Amenity Passes (no pass purchases at the Front Desk). To do so:
- Refer to the flier provided in your rental information from the homeowner and/or property management company. Scan the barcode.
- Create a renter account or login with your previous renter account.
- Purchase your passes. Be sure to purchase the correct pass (in/off season). No refunds will be given.
Once purchased, the name(s) included on the form will be available for our staff at the Check In desk. Each pass is valid for one week from the start date selected on the form. You will receive an email confirmation. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be given wrist bands that are to be worn for all renters 4 and over. You must be WEAR the wrist band which is to be shown to the Shuttle Bus Driver for boarding.
